O2Mania

Anyone here played O2jam before? Well, I do! I bet those O2jammers must have known that O2jam's server had been shut down for quite a while already! Many of you must have missed O2jam...! Some may have started playing Super Dancer Online (SDO), which is quite similar to O2jam.

However, SDO is NOT O2jam! Here are the differences:
-SDO's character can dance (which makes it more attractive^^) whereas O2jam's character only stands there.
-SDO is about playing songs, whereas O2jam is about playing melodies.
And the most important thing is, SDO only has four keys whereas O2jam has seven! This makes the playing totally different!

So, O2jammers, if you miss the seven keys, why not try playing O2mania? O2mania is exactly the same as O2jam, except that there isn't any character. Why? Because it is an offline game, which means you won't get to challenge other people (the only thing that disappoints me..T.T).

Prizes For The Game Design Tournament

Sorry for not updating my blog for so long due to my laziness...Better finish all my belated post as soon as possible...

Today, I am going to announce the prizes me and Cherry won for the Game Design Tournament. These are what we get for winning the Intra-school Level.

A certificate and a medal for each of us.

These are the prizes we won for the Inter-school Level.

A trophy for the champion of Inter-school Level. I let Cherry keep the trophy, but the trophy was later snatched by our school principal.

Game Design Tournament

Remember I have ever mentioned about Cherry and I participating in a game design competition? The competition was over! The results were out! Do you want to know about the results? Haha, not so fast! You have to go through the tournament first!

The tournament took place on 24th May at Inti College. This is the Inti College building:

The tournament was held in the Mary-Yek Multi-Purpose Hall.

Now, let's start the presentation. There were altogether 12 schools participating in the tournament.

Chung Hua Middle School No.1 was the first to present their game.

Next, is the presentation by SMK Sungai Maong.

Erm...don't know what school is this.

Lucky draw after every three presentations to relieve our tension. Cherry was one of the lucky ones. Congrats^^ As for me, I don't even stand a chance to win because I do not get any number T.T

Yup~It's our turn! My friend, Cherry, was the one who did the presentation while I did the clicking.

We were the second last school to present. The last school to present was SMK Kuching Town No.1.

What is this? It's HIP HOP DANCE, a dance performance immediately after all the presentations!

Memories Back In Harvest Moon

I had a busy month last month. Cherry and I participated in a game design competition which ended at the end of April (the result is not out yet,so I will not share it now). Just after our competition,we had our exam! Argh~tiring,man! Anyway,I am glad that it's over now~Yipee~ *HipHipHooray~* (I got this emoticon from Apple^^)

These few days,I see my little brother playing a game called "Harvest Moon". This is a game I played when I was in Form 2. It is a game about a life of a farmer (main character,YOU).

There are many versions of Harvest Moon and with different platforms. The one I played is "Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town"(GameBoyAdvance),"Harvest Moon: Back To Nature"(Playstation),and "Harvest Moon DS"(Nintendo DS).

My mission in Harvest Moon: FoMT is to make money to build a vacation house which costs 999,999,999 G,and get all the four houses (maximum houses in FoMT is four)--------my original house, a vacation house, a sea-side cottage (you can get it from the Harvest Goddess with 42 links),and the mountain cottage (you can get it from your wife on the 50th anniversary). A tough mission~ XD

However,there is one version of Harvest Moon which I have wanted so much,but can't get it. It is the "Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life"(Gamecube) or "Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life"(Playstation 2). I failed to download the Playstation 2 platform. Besides,I can't find a free version for this game....T.T

The scenes are much better than the other versions of Harvest Moon. That's why I have always wanted it~~Anyone has any idea where I can get it?

Besides,there is a Harvest Moon special edition called "Harvest Moon: Innocent Life"(PSP). This one is different from the other versions of Harvest Moon. There are lots of new staffs in this version which you can never experience it in other versions. Most of the things are done by machines~
